We loved the hotel! The facilities were great with everything fairly new and built to high standards. The views of the lake were fine, and the location was very close to Baires, making transportation super convenient. the staff was great and the cleanliness was perfect. Even the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting this city.

What a great Christmas experience! The facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed in one place. The beautiful lake views were breathtaking, and we couldn't get enough of them. Plus, the location was key as it was just a hop away from Baires. We also enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area, which made for a very restful stay.

The shower head in our room wasn't in the best condition and kept spraying water all over the bathroom floor, making it difficult to keep dry. the windows could have used a good cleaning as they were quite dirty.

Great facilities and stunning lake views I recently had a city trip in this hotel and I must say, it was quite a memorable experience. the facilities are amazing - everything is new and built with high standards. the best part, however, was the stunning lake views. I loved waking up to the beautiful scenery every morning. the hotel is located in a key location that makes it easy to get around the city.

Shower head spray and dirty windows the shower head in room 240 was spraying water outside the tub, making it impossible to keep the bathroom floor dry. This definitely needs some attention from the hotel staff.
